By using Z Baje's services, you are considered to have accepted the following general terms:

While the Z Baje Terms & Conditions are drafted in Bengali, the English version shall prevail in the event of any linguistic ambiguity. Z Baje may amend any terms without prior notice, though changes are generally communicated at least 7 days in advance.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility criteria must be met to register an account on Z Baje:

  • You must be at least 18 years old. A national ID card or passport may be required for age verification.
  • Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or bank account is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account closure.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone.

Z Baje reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed after account registration. Withdrawals of large amounts may be restricted until KYC is verified.

KYC Documents: National ID (NID), birth certificate, passport, or driving license are accepted. A utility bill or bank statement may be required for address verification.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on Z Baje can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions must comply with the following rules:

  • Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
  • Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
  • Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually within 1–24 hours. During peak periods, it may take up to 48 hours.
  • Withdrawal Channels: Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
  • Transaction Verification: For suspicious transactions, Z Baje may request additional documentation.

Z Baje ensures that all deposits are stored securely. However, Z Baje will not be held responsible for transaction delays caused by technical issues or circumstances beyond our control. Please contact customer support if you experience any such issues.

Warning: Never use a third party's mobile banking number to make a deposit. Only use your own bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Deposits made through a third party may not be credited to your account.

4. Betting Rules

All forms of betting on Z Baje — cricket, football, live betting, casino — are governed by the following rules:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with Z Baje's rules.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Z Baje reserves the right to void the affected bets.
  • Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed will be considered final.
  • Placing the same bet from multiple accounts on the same event will be considered arbitrage betting and is prohibited.

Z Baje's odds-setting team operates independently, analyzing market data to determine odds. In the event of any dispute over a match result, Z Baje will follow the decision of the relevant sports authority.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All Z Baje bonus offers are subject to the general terms outlined below. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific terms.

  • Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, one time. The bonus will be credited automatically upon your first deposit.
  • Wagering Requirement: A minimum wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
  • Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
  • Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to circumvent bonus terms will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Z Baje. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and potential forfeiture of your balance:

  • Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
  • Registering with a fake identity or using a third party's information.
  • Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Participating in or facilitating match fixing or score manipulation.
  • Hacking, cyber attacks, or any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or other illegal sources.
  • Placing bets using automated bots or software.

Legal Action: In cases of serious violations, Z Baje may be obligated to report information to the relevant authorities. Z Baje will take strict legal action against money laundering or any other illegal activity.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Z Baje may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • If a rule violation or suspicious activity is detected.
  • If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
  • In the event of the account holder's death or legal incapacity.
  • By court order or government directive.
  • At the user's own request (Self-exclusion).

You may close your account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Z Baje will not be held liable in the following situations:

  • Loss of a bet due to internet disconnection.
  • Transaction failures caused by issues with third-party servers or payment gateways.
  • Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
  • Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.

Z Baje is committed to maintaining service quality at all times. If a service disruption occurs for any reason, Z Baje will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the event of a prolonged outage, compensatory bonuses may be considered for affected users.

9. Responsible Gaming

Z Baje believes betting should be a source of entertainment — not a cause of addiction or financial hardship. That is why we provide the following responsible gaming tools:
